| I use to own a Toyota and was given the advice to just change the oil and I will never have any issues. Does the same go for my '02 MDX? Or should I get the regular maintenance, etc. Thanks! |

| I don't know who gave you that advice, but it's not as simple as that. Oil changes are just part of regular maintenance, especially on an 02, with potential transmission issues. Follow the manual and you can't go wrong, and Acura won't be able to refuse warranty/recall work if it's needed. |
