| I have an '01 MDX and just moved to the Northern Virginia area about a year ago. On the advice of a coworker I took my car to Pohanka Acura for service (it didn't hurt that they were only a few minutes from my house). I have to say that this was the best service experience of my life bar none. I was greeted in a timely manner AT MY CAR by Mike Bowden. I was there for a routine oil change but he noticed that my X was actually due for it's 90,000 mile service (I was at like 89 and some change). He fully explained to me what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. I have to admit I initially balked at the cost but once he explained how thorough the maintenance was I thought twice. I was put into a loaner (a new TSX which is a lot of fun to drive!) within minutes of my write up. Mike called me a couple hours later to tell me how the service was going. He let me know my brakes were getting low but didn't need replacing yet. Overall I would rate this service an 11 out of 10! Everything was great. The car was ready when Mike said it would be. He called me and kept me informed every step of the way and the price was actually a little bit lower than he quoted me. What more can I ask for? I highly recommed Pohanka Acura to any Northern Virginia Acura owners! |

| This is either an employee trying to advertise for this dealer, or this has got to be the most glowing review I've ever seen here for a dealership. |

Hahahah Pohanka! Check my thread about when they installed WARRANTY rear shocks incorrectly and wouldnt pay to fix it. After dealing with them I drove 20 miles out of my way to go to a different Acura dealer in Falls Church for my service needs.
Here, saved you the trouble:

EDIT: Just read the mod's post and it just goes to show how BAD Pohanka is that they seed forums with fake reviews. Avoid. My service experience at Radley Acura in FC was great. |

| Actually Pohanka is really good. I usually go there too for my service. They are good. I have only 19000 miles on my X. Last month I had a warranty work done on my sub-woofer there and was happy about the service . An Iam aint an employee of pohanka. Whenever I go there I make sure that in the service area, I sit opposite to the office of the finance mgr . She is one hot chick. :2: |

So good that they seed forums with fake "customer reviews"? Come on, that would be disgusting if it wasn't so laughable. If that doesn't give you an idea of Pohanka's mindset (underhanded and untrustworthy) then Im glad it's your car going there and not mine. After that shock fiasco I wouldnt take my car there if YOU paid for it.
Btw, if you think she's hot you should see the women who work in the Charlotte dealerships! WOW  |
