Just traded in our 2005 MDX/RES with running boards and sun visor, body side moldings for a 2006 NAVI/RES running boards/ sun visor, body side moldings.
They gave me 29,000 fot the 2005 with 37,000 miles no damage, and I paid 37,997 for the 2006. Tax /title extra. I purchased the 2005 in November of 2004 so we have had the car for exactly 2 years.
8000 for two years does not sound bad. The 2005 was going to need tires and brakes with 15,000 miles or so and the warranty would be up at 4yr/50k.
Have I lost my mind or is this a good deal.

| 2 years of depreciation and tear and wear plus the Navigation unit and extended warranty for under $10k. Sound like a pretty good deal to me. Enjoy the new ride! |

It needs gas and oil too.
Logically, it makes no sense. Emotionally, if it makes you happy and you like the new car more, it makes all the sense it needs to.
Now can you help me make a case for trading my 05 on an 07?! |
