I need some advice from any MDX owner who had similar problem. I just purchased a 2002 MDX from States and brought over to Canada. As a result, I am no londer covered for Warranty in Canada for US Model car.
I took the MDX over to my mechanic and he indicated that there is small leak of transmission fluid but doesn't feel necessary to do anything on it.
Since reading all this problem with transmission, I thought maybe someone has some insight on what I should do. The car has 62K and running fine.
Please advice.

| Nip it bud now, before it comes a problem. You are correct about a lot of tranny issues and 02s are the notorious model year. Don't really know your location to the nearest US dealer to have warranty service, if that is even an option. If not, get it sealed quick by your mechanic! |
