| A trip to the dealer is in order to sort things out. What is most likely the cause of your problems is that the navigation control unit has probably been replaced in the past. A new unit has a new PIN tied to it. The dealer will have to remove the unit to read the serial number off the bottom of it and look up the code based on that number. |
