Installed front garnish today

Did you do it yourself, from a scale of 1-5, 5 being the hardest, what would your opinion be ?

Do you have a shot that is not focused ?

Its about a 2, on a 1-5 scale. It looked alot more complicated on the instructions. The hardest part was taking the bumper off and putting it back on. And even that was not that bad. Im going to order the rear garnish now. Hope this helps.

Nice job and great pic. I love the idea of carpeting the garage too!

That looks pretty nice

I can't quite from the lighting in the picture but, does the garnish match the grille? It seems more goldish color as compared to the grille.

I am contemplating doing this also, but would like the grille and garnish to atleast "look" like its the same color.

Carpeting a garage?????

Do not you use your garage?

I cannot imagine carpeting a garage. That would totally negate it's value to me. Getting all of the grit, grime and sawdust out of carpet would be a bear. Also hard to clean up paint spots.

I used the indoor / outdoor carpet at home depot. It works great to keep the dirt and grit from getting in the house. As for painting and sawdust, i have a large shed that those those projects are done in. The garage is for the cars, kids bikes and toys, lol.

You can carpet a 3 car garage for around $400, and you dont have to wait for it to dry like you do with those floor paints before you can park on them.
