Anyone hardwire a V-1 yet? - Click HERE for Original Thread

I was reading some directions for hardwiring a V-1 in a RL. My question is: anyone use these directions for a 07 MDX yet? I am disappointed in the number of accessory 12v outlets available in the MDX.

Here are some pics of an install in a 2004 X. I think you were mistaken by their user name. (??:hmmm:??) Don't know how much help it would be for a 07, but I assume it a start. :29:

Yes, it was very easy. The only tricky part was removing the reading light lens. Once that was off it was smooth sailing. The above link to the other V1 install was helpful. If you need help, I can rip it apart and take pictures but I think you'll have no problems once you commit to doing it.

And I totally agree... one outlet is crazy in a 'techno' vehicle like the MDX. What was Acura thinking? My next step is to hardwire a line for my cell phones usb connection... that is probably going to be tricky.

Matt was the wiring in the 2007 the same as the 2004?
