uh, you posted the same link twice ;)
from what i know of the liner v. tray: the liner enables you to still use the 3rd row seats, as this is more of a tarp that is easily foldable/contoured.
the cargo tray is made of a semi-flexible plastic, and you definitely will not be able to use the 3rd row when in place.
i like the tray for transported heavy/dirty materials, especially after carrying multiple skis/snowboards from the slopes, as it has a contoured lip to capture water/dirt.
the liner would be good if you're transporting pets/dogs.
hope that helps |

Actually, this is incorrect. The tray can be used with the 3rd row up (or part of it). See this previous thread, including pictures:

thanks mgmdx, i stand corrected.
so, let me add this disclaimer: you can use the cargo tray with the 3rd row up. however, you are putting a considerable crease in the tray, which i don't plan on doing for fear of decreasing longevity.
and, because of the NEW design of the rear hatch, the tray now sticks out even further when folded, thus potentially interfering with the power rear hatch.
i just ran downstairs to check this, and i'll post some pictures later :) |

its carpet and i suppose it folds up a bit better.....i am trying to decide between the plastic and this carpeted version wrt having the 3rd row up and also different configurations with the 3rd row (ie half row up etc)

I went throught the same decision process...my dealer told me that most people get the tray. I got it and I love it. Easy to clean - we do a lot of beach stuff - sand stays IN the tray.
I have rolled it up behind the third seat and mangled it about any way possible, always flattens out again nicely. |

| the cargo liner is a little trickier to remove and install, as it goes over the back seats and hooks up to different areas of the back, etc. so using the 3rd row seating becomes a little trickier. |

| We have the tray as well and fold it up in half behind the third row often...it always lays flat afterwards. No creases here...but then again it has only been 2 months of folding! :) |

We roll our tray up when using the third row of seats and it works nicely, straightens out when flat. We have put packages under the roll and that works too. I was thinking about cutting the tray so that we can use it with one third row seat up and one down, but haven't done it yet.

I went with Curry:
Curry Acura
For "All Season Floor mats"and "Cargo tray".
$207 delivered.
They showed up overnight - UPS ground. Not bad. |

I noticed the seller is Acura of Lynnwood. And I remember when checking out their store they had a $2000 market adjustment on each vehicle. I didn't even bother since at the end of January there's no way I would pay $2000 markup...
I have the cargo tray which works great since typically we don't need the 3rd row seat. I got it for free with the vehicle at Acura of Seattle.
Wasn't aware you could fold it like that but that sure should work.
Not sure how the liner works. In the picture it extends out. How does this work? And does it need to be fixed permanently? |
