I noticed a post below about the locking mechanism freezing up. I also did the post about the Electrical/Battery Problem. Well .. the problem with my battery draining was related to one of the door locks. I was told that it was defective and that, although it was in the locked position, it was transmitting a message that it was still open. The anti-theft and auto-locking mechanisms continued to try to close the lock the entire time the vehicle was parked. Overnight, this activity was sufficient to drain my battery. I haven't gotten my MDX back from Service yet. The locking mechanism was replaced and they are keeping it for one more night to make sure that the problem is resolved. I have had the vehicle for ten weeks and it's been in Service three times and jump-started five times. I really love it and I'm hoping this is the end of a major headache.
