I would suspect there's a large percentage of fleet sales in the mix. My city alone purchased several new pickups last year, lots of businesses here did too.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there's still a $25,000 first year depreciation for business owners under Section 179. It's not as good as the $100,000 amount from a couple of years ago but anyone with a decent amount of Schedule C income would benefit. |
