Sitting at a red light in a left turn lane with dedicated arrow...
Green dedicated arrow appears - no movement from car in front of me! Ok, trying to be patient...:mad:
5 seconds tick off the clock - still no movement - patience wearing thin...:3:
Tap on the horn...I'm still trying to be polite...green arrow disappears and now opposing traffic is entering intersection...

Traffic clears out...light still green... no movement yet... now light turns red...full weight of my body now resting on the horn!!!! :3: MDX sensors are debating whether to deploy airbag in response to my force...
Next cycle comes around a minute later and as the green arrow again appears she *FINALLY* she pulls out and turns to left.
It is then that I see her profile - with a *!@#$%^&* cell phone plastered to her ear and one hand on the wheel! :banghead:
Times like this I'm wishing a future MDX accessory includes full armour plating across the newly designed bow!!! At least then I could have helped her through the intersection and allow her to more fully concentrate on the more important things that obviously occupy her mind!!!
OK - back in office now... I'm calmer now....:24:
But still hoping to see that new accessory become available... Maybe in the '08s |

| Yea, I can not stand that. It is so common now of days. I think they should ban cell phone use without wireless car interface. (Bluetooth) But know matter what handsfree setup on has some peoples brain still enguages in the converasation and not on the road no matter what they say. I cant stand talking long in the car and tell people I will call them back when I get to the office or home etc. It is very dangerous. But I do agree about the 08 armored feature. :D |

I think I'd take that over THESE GHETTO PUNK ASSHOLES with that CRAP noise called "RAP" BLARING at the red light and making its way (Boom Boom Boom) into everyone cabin! I don't see this ending any time soon! This is where I feel I want to SHOOT someone! :3: :3: :3:

My dream vehicle would have armoured plating for door dings, a dispenser that drops oil from the rear to get rid of those people who tailgate even though you are in a long line of traffic and can't go any faster, and a rocket launcher out the front for fast lane turtles and those not paying attention because their cell phone call is more important than driving...........:D . |

| I'll listen to anything but cRAP ! And what is so sad, most of YOUR children are forced to grow up around this so called music!!! Got damn crap, noise pollutioin period ! My parents are both musicians and I grew up with MUSIC. NO RAP is allowed in my vehicles or my property and thats for kids too ! |

Hear ya loud and clear on that one as well. I keep telling my 13 year old there's a reason why CRAP contains the word RAP. I generally love any and all music - EXCEPT RAP!!

I set up a monsterous 6.1 surround sound system the family room of my new home, and occassionally when the kids are sound asleep or not in the house, I'll enjoy a nice action movie with the volume way up. But that's because of the distance between me an my neighbors. Back in the days when we lived in a townhouse with neighbors attached only 20' apart, there is no way I would have entertained high noise levels.
What I don't get about young drivers who feel the need to have the world listen to their crap - who are they trying to impress? They have to know that no one likes their "groove" and they are certainly not going to be picking up the chicks when those chicks can't even carry on a conversation from 18" away. |
