Couple of things I haven't figured out yet and maybe someone knows the answer to these:
- I turned on offroad tracking but I still don't see any breadcrumbs (driving in my unmapped street). When do you see these breadcrumbs?
- Is there a way to configure which side mirrors turn down when you reverse? I rather not have them go down.
- This is probably something I have to expirement and learn with some objects but is there a some logic with the backup camera to figure out width of the car in the picture?
By the way I have the tech package and I really think the sound is outstanding. I know several people said it was about average but I think I'm pretty experienced in evaluating audio systems and I definitely think it sounds way above average (and sure depends on your source as well).
Also amazingly it can play back a regular data DVD (ISO) full with MP3/WMA. Which means I can put easily more than 400 songs on a single disc...
Also no rattles or other strange sounds whatsoever (cross my fingers it stay this way).
First fuel consumption was 21mpg (with 90% highway and very light foot). Hopefully it will break in and increase a few more mpgs.
City only is about 16-18mpg (with hills). |

If the mirrors are the same as on the TL the selector switch in the middle will keep them from going down, and which ever side the selector switch is on will go down in reverse.

My experience has been that the breadcrumbs appear only when you are enroute to a programmed destination while utilizing the map guidance system.
Other times when I have simply been driving, but not actually using the NAV, I have not seen the breadcrumbs while traveling through unchartered territory. |

Breadcrumbs are very, very light on any GPS. You just may not realize what you are seeing.
