Im having a creaking sound coming from the rear suspension area of my new mdx. It only makes the noise when going over bumps or turning. Has anyone had there 07 MDX in for a noise like this?
Also, i climbed under the MDX to see if i could see anything that might be broke or loose when i saw a sticker on the side of the strut that shows date and time of it being made. The rear strut on my 07 MDX was made 06/11/02. The strut was made prior to me purchasing my old 02 which has since been traded!!! The other rear strut was made in 03.

| My '04 just started doing the same thing about a month ago. I suspect it's the struts. I'll be curious to look at the date when my wife comes home. |

| Had the same issue and your struts/shocks are bad. Replace under warranty. I also had an issue with the front struts and they tried to make me pay for a front alignment and I told them no way. If the struts are under warranty, all the labor including an alignment should also be covered. Have them replace your rear shocks and your sound will be gone. |

| Not everyone follows the US format of DD/MM/YY. That shock was made on November 2, 2006. |

I am getting a creaking/gurgling sound from the front left suspension area of my 07 X when going over small bumps and such. This only occurs when I just start the car. It seems after the car is warmed up I don't hear it anymore. I'll have the dealer look at it when I bring my X in for another issue. The issue is that I got an emmissions error message. Don't know how serious it is, but I hope it helps my average mpg which has been 16.5 for after 2 weeks of ownership.
