I've been a long time lurker in this wonderful board throughout my quest for a new car.
Very happy to announce that I gave a deposit (non refundable - no turning back!) towards an 07 MDX on Valentine's day! Dealer says I should have it on my driveway around the 2nd week of March...:D
This is my first Acura and I'm too excited for words!
I am getting:
Dark Cherry Pearl/Parchment Sport/Ent
+ Sport Running Boards
+ Body Side Molding
Paid $50,460.00 out the door. I thought I started off well on the negotiating front, finally got gypped by the Internet Sales manager on the Dealer Fees (599). That's really sticking in my craw right now, I was trying hard to keep it below 50...oh well...He was the only one willing to deal, so I guess it's not too bad.

Congrats!! I love the Cherry color, almost made me not get Formal Black, but I'm glad I did, nothing looks as sharp as black ;)

Thanks, and I agree, I love the black too. It took almost two days for us to pick between the Cherry and the black!
I guess the fact that we already have a black car (1998 Volvo S70 T5M) swayed the decision towards the CHerry. IMHO, the Cherry looks great, especially in the twilight kind of light conditions.
Its a Bummer about the price I paid, I know. Not a single other dealer in SoFla was really willing to budge much under MSRP. I was able to get mine at ~1965 below.
There were a couple of Aspen White SPort/ents on the lot, he was ready to give me a better deal on them, the color just didn't do it for me.
I know I will forget all about the price once I take my first on-ramp in this baby :2: |

I have a Dark Cherry Pearl also and I love it. I do like black cars, but my prev. 2 cars were black. It's time to get something different. Plus, they're hard to keep clean.
I actually almost got the Aspen White Pearl as well, but as I walked back to the showroom from the lot, we saw the Dark Cherry and I thought that was the best color, especially w/ the parchment interior.

| Congrats, I ordered my nimbus grey/blk over 6 weeks ago.There is a much longer wait on fully loaded ones but maybe they've ramped up production. I drove the the competition in it's class and I truly believe the mdx is the leader and priced very reasonably and Acura is aware of of this. The residual value is also very good. I paid $50094 tax title incl.with wood trimmed wheel, perf. leather knob and day/night mirror. They gave me free shipping and $100 off of the steering wheel. I think the mdx cherry pearl is a very classy red. |

| I love the steering wheel. I have one in my 03 and I just like that smooth feel you get from turning the wheel. Also looks really classy. Get it! You won't be disappointed. |
