The four screws that hold the air filter cover are so tight, I can't remove them. Does anyone have the same experience? What can I do to remove them? I sprayed WD40. It's not helping so far.

PB Blaster and let it sit awhile and then respray. Soft blows with hammer on screwdriver also help.

get an 8mm socket (preferably 1/4" drive) and put a long extension on it, you will have more leverage with the socket VS the screw driver.
then when you do get it out, put some lubricant down there, not WD-40, that will dry it out, i like fluid film, or rust check |

| Yup 8mm socket will do the work. Just had the same problem yesterday. |
