I seem to recall some previous talk of invoking the lemon law. Search, using lemon & law as key words.

| informed, lemon law applies to the new car for the first 3 months after purchase on any fixes and after that for 3 big problems during first 12 months. (not confirm) |

| I've done a few lemon law claims myself. It really depends on the nature of the complaint and the state you are in. |
