I have been reading about this new technology . From what I have gathered and from what I understand, It's basically TV via internet.And it will have high definition broadcasting for HDTV. If the price is right and it works well . I would consider subscribing . It will have PHONE,DSL,TV and possibly a cell phone plan included( defending what's available where you live) in one bill .My friend from Glendale CA , recently purchase this plan from TIME WARNER CABLE.I have notice that when changing the channels and it was bit slow. It's twice as slow as Direct TV. I wasn't able to try his internet but it was to be around or up to 9mbs. FIOS by Verizon can take up to 30mbs and as low 5mbs.Well, I don't live in Verizon territory but I live in AT&T territory. AT&T will soon launch U-VERSE in my area, I think or at least hope so. It has loads of 1mbs to 6mbs.
Has anyone purchase this IPTV, or FIOS TV ? And what do you think about the service and operation of the system? THX |

I finally found a video for IPTV. It looks pretty cool and fast. Well, the video I found was for the xbox 360 but I am pretty sure everyones phone provider will give something similar to the 360 or even better.
