| The brightness level on my front control panel (the one below the nav display) seems to have a mind on it’s own. With the lights in the off position, it’s bright and readable. With the lights in the auto mode, it goes very dim in the late afternoon/early evening, well before the auto lights engage and turn the lights on. Increasing the brightness with the buttons only seems to control the MID and instrument display. What am I missing? Short of switching out of auto mode to off, how can I increase the brightness of the front control display? |

Two suggestions here:
1. You can adjust the sensitivity of the interior lighting while in the MID setup mode.
2. Additionally you can adjust the brightness of both NAV and MID by pressing the +/- buttons just above the steering wheel, to the right of the MID/odometer/tachometer

| Thanks, I've tried this. I still cant find a way to control the brightnesss of the control panel, the display that shows the heat/a-c, radio functions etc. |
