Does anyone have any recommendations on a good quality seat cover for the 2nd row? I have 2 car seats and definitely don't want to put them directly on the leather. Ideally the headrest would be covered too.

I'm also in need of something to cover the back of the driver and passenger seats from the kids shoes. Parchment won't fare well with kicking!

Search for wet okole here or google it. I think they're coming up with a set for the 07.

I needed the same and delayed putting in my two car seats for as long as I could (the wife didnt like that as she had to drive and pick up kids each day when I normally drop them off), and finally ended up putting down two bed sheets on the second row seats.

I was going to get a seat cover, but I used a grey sheet (on top of a white one), as I have Taupe interior (kinda grey). I cut holes for the head rests and latches for car seats. It works great cause the sheet covers from seat to floor and (I just tucket the bottom in under the floor mats) around the sides and top. I though that these two sets of sheets, although good quality and newer, were never used and cheaper to replac than buying the seat cover to fit properly.

I was going to get something for the back of the front seats as well but my wife thought I was being anal and asked if I was going to start covering all of furniture in plastic. I get her point, but this is different. All I did is tell the kids - very clearly - the first time they were put in the car that if they ever touched their feet to the front seats then they would not get to watch movies in the vehicle - ever! I was amazed as I have a 4 & 2 year old and the 2 year old loved to kick the back of my seat before, but niether have ever touched them yet and always tell me they were carefull and seem proud they didnt touch them.

I may end up getting seat covers one day but for now this works great, and is easy to clean crumbs etc, although I have yet to allow food inside!

Please post pics if you do get some seat covers, as I would like to see how they look and hear how they work.

Good luck.

I need one too!!

I'm using a blanket for now so I don't ruin it...

However, I don't want to cover the complete row. Just one seat

You might just want to get a seat saver, like the Prince Lionheart, which is wide enough for the MDX.

I'd agree to get the seat saver over a simple cover. I'd be more concerned about indents on the leather than dropping a few Cheerios. The seat saver mentioned above works great.

Place called One Step ahead has some good stuff. I almost got this for the back seat:

But I have only one kid (for now :D ) and got this car seat. Keeps the seat clean and is thickly padded and also does not slide on the seat. Its important to make sure the car seat will not slide and is stable.

I also got this for the back of the front seats which really protects and keeps the feet off the seat
