The left rear housing on my 03 MDX is broken. I'm looking for a replacement. Dealer quoted me $300, not including labor!!! I don't think the truck is old enough to show up in junkyards, but I'll gonna make a few calls and see what they have. In the meantime, I want to find out where to order a new one (not at the dealership!) If the price is not too bad I'll just go that route instead of the junkyard.

| Wrecking yard is a long shot. Save the trouble and money and buy it from ebay. Perfect place to steal a tail light for an X. |

I have the same problem. Please post what you find. Some !@#$%%^& broke mine and then did not have the courtesy to let me know
!!! Even left a tiny bit of green material in the crack.
I have not had time yet to research the subject. The break is not large but is enough to let in moisture and subsequent fogging.

| I've bought two sets of taillight housings from ebay - 01 (same as 03) and 04 when I upgraded. Average price was $60 shipped. Some I bid on, some I used Buy It Now. Don't forget to browse through BIN items. Also called some online parts dealers, such as car-parts.com but eventually settled on ebay. I even have a spare 04 tail and 04 headlight housing coz the price was right and becasue the world is such an unfair place with irresponsible drivers. |

G. Colton: You're in luck, there are several tailights for sale on eBay for the 04-and-later MDX. Nothing for my 03 though. :( I'll keep onlooking.
