p.s. after the first time it died i always mde sure all the doors were locked by pressing lock twice and hearing a confirmation beep, andit always beeped. |

By any chance you have the automatic hatch open/close feature? If you do and left the hatch open for prolong period of time, it will drain the battery. Acura are trying to come of with a fix for the glitch. |

It happened to me once the MDX failed to start completely after playing CDs for one hour parked. Strangly it had just cruised freeway 2 days ago so I thought it couldn't be the battery that was acting up.
I ened up calling the Acura's Road Side Assistance and they came and jumped it up. I drove it to the service and they replaced it with a new battery for me. |

| hey don't stress yourself out. Your beloved MDX is sitting on their lot collecting dust and so forth waiting on the parts department to get your part......When it is ready you will appreciate your MDX more, in the meantime, ENJOY the TL ! I too think it is one great car!:1: |

| your case kinda sounds like my 06 MDX. I had a TL loaner for aobut 5 months until the 07 was delivered to the dealership. So for 5 months, I had 2 TL's in the garage and at one point during christmas, had 3 TL's in the driveway due to my cousin coming over. Anyway, acura will and has stepped up to the plate. If you continue to have problems, just calll acura client care services and they will take care of you. |

| ok so i was able to get my car back yesterday. the dealer is in talks with Acura Headquarters and looks like they are going to pay for the first months payment! ughh this sucks, but atleast they are making up for the problem. |

| That's more than a lot of dealerships would do. I can empathize with you. But they are stepping up so take some deep breaths and enjoy your vehicle. |
