Recently purchased an 2003 MDX (Touring w/ RES) and have a Warranty question for any of you knowledgable owners.
We bought it w/ the CPO Tag labeled on it so we recieved the basic 1 yr 12,000 miles warranty along w/ an extended warranty but recently(Yesterday Apr 25th) had an issue w/ our A/C not blowing Cold air like it has been and want to get it fixed, so I called to setup an appt. and the service guy says you know that if they contact the extended warranty company it may not be covered and you may be charged 105$ just for looking at it. I said, what!!! I have a Warranty and we just recieved our Certified Pre-Owned papers in the mail, how can this not be covered (note we bought the vehicle around Mar. 15th)
so we've had it a little over a month, so to me it's like WTF does this warranty cover?
Sorry to ramble but to get to my real question, can I buy and Extended Warranty on top of the Warranty I already have? or will this nulify any warranty I alread have?...I was looking at the 48 mo 48 k warranty for 900$ on hondaacuraworld. |
