| My CE and VTM-4 lights must of been on for about a year now. I bought the X to autozone and they found code 1491 on the OBD II computer. In plain english that would be the EGR valve. Anyway, I ordered that part online for about $60 and had my mechanic installed it. Everything was done for under $90. So far, after 300 miles, no lights have flared up since. My X right now, besides the super wet water soaked floors and the mildew smell, its running in tip top condition. |
