I'm currently using the HID 43k HID kit from Xenon Depot in my 03's. Since the 04 headlamp uses H11 sockets, can I still use my 9006 HID bulbs in the 04 headlamps?

The quick answer is no but you can probably cut out the lamp base shape to make it fit but then you might have fit issues/headlight condensation unless you seal it with liquid electrical tape or something. Plus, I'm not sure about the wiring compatibility.

why don't you throw the 9006's in the fog's, and get a proper H11 kit for the 04 lenses. that sounds like way too much adaptation and cutting to get a clean fit....

That's what I did, got the conversion from Tim, asked for H11 harness for the ballast from Xenon Depot, threw the previous 9006 in the fogs and can see all in the boonies at night. When needed of course. |

You can put them in if you feel up to the task of customizing them. In the past I have used 9006 in my H4 slots. You'll need to find a way to keep them secure though, and since they are expensive lights it's probably not worth it to mess with them and risk damage.

Nathan, I noticed you were going to offer a group buy for the NBO HID kit, is that still happening? I'm interested in getting an H11 kit for my new 04 headlights.
