is the right tire pulling problem that many have complained about on the new MDX. :( I test drove one and sure enough it pulled to the right.
So I have to know, are there 07 MDX owners that have vehicles that don't pull? The threads I have read that talk about the pull issue seem to not offer any closure. Have there been owners who have found a definitive cure for the right pull issue? Should I be scared to buy? |

| i do not have a pull issue on my MDX. I haven't seen these threads yet, but from what i can think up, it might be just a bad batch of tires from Michelin. Their quality isn't the best anymore so it is a possibility. |

I haven't had any pull issues at all.
I thought I understood it to be an issues with the 19 inch wheels/tires and not the 18's that I have. Correct me if I am wrong.
I was just telling my wife tonight how much I still love the purchase after she commented on how much better of a vehicle it was than the GMC Yukon I had previously.
Just do it! |

| I have a sport/ent with about 2k miles now, absolutely no right or left pulling. I will say these tires tramline quite a bit on heavily grooved freeway pavement, but no pulling. |

No pull here. I have not had any mechanical or electrical problems of any sort neither. Car has been perfect so far.
Only issue I've had is from the dealer. The idiot checked all the boxes and signed off on the delivery sheet and never put the fuse in the rear entertainment system. That was easily taken care of though. My complaint took a nice chunk out of his commission as well. Makes me wonder what else they checked off but didn't actually check.

| I have a sport/ent and i dont see any pulling. If you dont absolutely feel a need to buy it now I would wait to see what the 08's have to offer. If there isnt much difference at all then you would probably be able to get an exceptional deal on an '07 at that time. Also, that whole upgraded headrest thing might be worth waiting till june or july for. Although, I do love driving that car even with $70+ fillups at the gas station. I have no regrets with this car whatsoever. |

| No pulling, except like shootist mentioned, the speedometer pulls to the right, close to the 100 mph mark, when I'm on the Interstate, for some strange reason. :D |

At the risk of being repetitive, no pulling on my Tech. MDX with 3500 miles.
The only issue I had was the dealers poor delivery of the vehicle, they didn't bother to let out the extra air put in the tires at the factory. Once I started paying attention to the tire pressure display on the HID I realized that 42 pounds was probably too much. It rides alot better now that I've let out 10 pounds on each tire. |

Just took delivery on 4/30/2007. So far, the only pulling I have are those 300 horses under the hood. And my god, they pull really hard and always to to the front.

No noticeable pull on my X either.
Don't get too bent out of shape reading the complaints here on the forums. Read them with a grain of salt.

We ended up buying a Sport/Ent last night. We were able to find one that seemed to track pretty straight. :)
I think we got a pretty good deal as well. :2: We ended up getting a new sport/ent for $43.5 including destination(roughly $500 under invoice) plus 10% off accessories installed. We ended up buying the sport running steps, fender garnish, and day/night mirror. With those installed the total was right under $45K. :) We also were not forced to buy any protection packages or warranties. :2:

Just wondering what would be the reason that your dealer is willing to make a deal below their cost if you don't mind being more specific. |

It's not really below cost. There is still a holdback of 3% on the vehicle. There is a myriad of reasons why this could happen (monthly sales quota, sales competitions, etc). |

By going to a dealer that had the largest inventory in my region they were willing to make a lower profit. Even at $500 below invoice they still made a profit of 1.12% or roughly $474, on top of the estimated 2% factory holdback. This does not include the profit made on the accessories. The total on the accessories before the 10% discount was around $1600. So even at 10% off they still were probably making 35%-40% or more. So that would put the profit on accessories at around $600.
So the total profit on the car and the accessories is over $1000. Not great for the dealer but going into the summer months with gas over $3, the dealer decided it was an acceptable deal. In looking at cars I found several domestic car dealers that still had new 2006 models and one that even still had a new 2005 model. This is a buyers market especially for expensive gas guzzling awd suv's. :) |
