How many people do you have in the vehicle?? The rear looks compressed. :)
Which part of Texas are you in? It looks very like where I used to live...Plano, TX. I have a silver MDX too! |

Looks AWESOME! Looks like that picture is taken in Valley Ranch..Irving, TX. I have a silver 05 MDX and just I just installed the spoiler. I am about to purchase these exact nerf bars, but they jacked up the price to 215 shipped from 165 shipped....from T-Empire(ebayer). Do you mind if i ask what you payed.
Also, do you think that these nerf bars will dull....or look like they will scratch or turn dull?? |

It took me 2 hours to install the spoiler, but only 30 minutes was actual labor. After I drilled the 4 holes, I painted the exposed metal, and then went on to install the BSM and NERF bars. The paint was dry at this point so I waxed it and bolted it in place. It's really that simple!

You win the prize for determining my location. I do live in Plano TX. I thought Texas was pretty big but two of you came very close. Is there a reverse GPS in my X where you can tell where it is? Is Plano that preditable?
Also, no one is in the car, just 1000lbs of stones in the back! I drove 2 miles with the load and never bottomed out, granted I took it easy and stayed below 35mph.

I paid $163 shipping included for my NERF bars from the same place. I guess I ordered mine just in time. I don't know how they will hold out over time but I can't see any reason for them to dull/fade or scratch easy. My thought was that if they go bad for any reason, I can buy two more sets and still be cheaper than the OEM bars.

lol...I was thinking, "why didn't he fix his rear suspension instead of adding the accessories". Glad you cleared that up.
I can answer the scuffing question, as I've had mine for a while. They DO scratch and scuff easily. Especially as they get older. Clean with care. Soft brush then shammy.

Well, the houses in your community look exactly like where I used to live and that's why I guess you are in Plano. Now my second bet is, are you on/near cluster rd?? :2:

One would be crazy to drive around if the suspension was really that low. Have you ever seen one on the road that low?

Your getting closer, granted picking custer pretty much split Plano down the center. I am two major roads over from there (now you need to figure out which way)!
BTW, I loaded my X up today with 400lbs of sand/stone and it was sagging quite a bit, I was surprised that it would sag at all with only 400lbs added on the rear. I guess I've been using the utility part of my X a lot the past few weeks.
