Whats the trick to stop the CD from playing from the CD changer while the DVD is on ? Turned knob to front power and tried a few things but that didn't seem to work. I had to remove to the CD cartridge.
Read the manual, may be I missed it.
Thanks. |

AFAIK, there is no pause function with the CD. Simply switch to the AUX input, radio, etc.
Now if you're saying the cd still spins while you are listening to the DVD on the front zone, I would say you have a problem unless this is specific to the NAV model. |

The dvd audio is on so that all the rear passengers can hear it. The moment I put the CD cartridge back it beings to play the CDs on the speaker. The dvd audio is suppressed.
I will try setting the front to aux as you suggested the next time.
I've always wondered why there is no stop button for the CD players. Using the power knob to stop the CD player or switching to AUX to do the same doesn't feel right/intuitive. Strong believer of KISS (keep it simple stupid). |

| What happens when you press the CD button again? And is this a 2003 with the OEM RES? |
