| new transmission, got question

my 2001 MDX started slipping at 2 and 3rd gear a couple weeks ago. the d5 blinked and won't go to 5th gear and does not downshift to 1st when stopped. Took it to Ferman acura in Tampa and acura replaced it for free. I have 70,000+ miles.
MY QUESTION: mine came back with a new(?) tranny but the OIL JET KIT IS NO LONGER THERE. My service advisor was not there when i picked up the car so i will try to call them.
for those who had their tranny replaced, did they take out the OIL JET kit or did they just re-rout it
