| I am trying to locate the front Bose amp for my 06 MDX. I thought it would be right behind the pop off panel to the left of the passengers legs but, there is a small white plastic box there with 2 connectors. If this is it, then it has changed from the pics I have seen and the wiring pic of the 03. Am I looking in the wrong spot? If that is it, does anyone have the pinouts for it? I am needing to tap the speaker wires to run to my new amp. Thanks |

I ,too, was looking at the 2003 amp location and it's totally different than the 2006. I think the stock amp is located behind the radio on the chassis of the mdx.Take out the center console's side panel and look at the bottom front of the center console. I didn't trace it and could not tell you the pin outs or color codes but I know that the center console of 2006 is not the stock amp's location. |

Thanks so much. I found it. It is mounted basically on the firewall, under the dash and behind the center console. The wires were the same color for the speakers as the wiring diagram for the 03. But now they are in 2 connectors, fronts in one and rear in another. Thanks again. Finally got everything hooked up. |
