| Has anyone put the sensor on the spare to monitor its pressure? I have heard that if the tire pressure monitor sensor is placed on the spare it will show up on the display. Has anyone else done this? |

| I have it on my 04 and i don't have it in my display. I gather that on the 07 it will be the same. The only thing the dealer reported to me is that when the monitor does go off, i need to check all five tires. |

The X I believe has individual receivers in each wheel well. Whether or not having a sensor in the spare would interfere with the receiver in the closest proximity I couldn't say. I believe the spare is a 60 or 90 PSI tire, however, so normal operating range would be way way way too low for it.
