Just purchased an Aspen Pearl w/ Parchment Sport for my wife and 10 month old daughter. Couldn't be happier with the overall package -- performance, design, safety, luxury, features. It's all there. I can see keeping this vehicle for a long time.

Like many of you I did my due diligence and research before jumping into a sizable investment like this. I must say that some of the "tough love" or negative messages on this board nearly scared me away from the MDX altogether

Having owned many higher end cars during the past few years, I have come to the simple conclusion that no car is perfect. That said, I am very happy with the MDX and look forward to our first two roadtrips -- Napa for the day, followed by Los Angeles for a long weekend.

I will look forward to keeping close tabs on this board and learning more about this wonderful vehicle and all it has to offer!

you are so right. No car is perfect. And we on the net will blow a small defect out of propotion.

I'm middle age have owned 10+ new cars and the MDX is a great blend of sport (not much but enough) and functionality.

I have not driven it in rain or snow but I suspect it will be great at that.

I hope like most Honda/Acura it will age well and last a long time.

Its price is not inconsequential, but it has so many features it's hard to imagine at this price. I have a few things I'd like to be better but overall it's a great truck with great size not too big or too small just right for me.

About the other thread where there was complaint about it lacking TQ or pick-up well I'm getting it broken in and have to say it's got pleanty of ball if you give it the wip.

You'll definitely will enjoy your road trip. My MDX just hit 2000 miles and its going on its second road trip from Ventura, CA to Las Vegas, NV again. a 5 1/2 hour drive non stopped one way. Maybe I'll break 100mph this time around, now that its full brroken in.

Nice!

I am taking mine from Phoenix to Flagstaff, then the Grand Canyon, then 4 corners. Should put on a ton of miles on that trip.
