Had a preliminary discussion with the dealer today about trading in our 02 MDX for an in-stock 07 with Tech/Ent.
He said the price would be $43,100. The Edmunds TMV price is $43,400. How much room for haggling do you think I have? Is it unrealistic to expect to pay invoice (or below)? |

| I am new to this but wanted to ask a question anyway! I am trying to buy a Sport Pkg 2007 MDX from a Dallas dealer. He says it is a fantastic deal and to go and compare. Here it is: $44,600 +ttl. This price includes alot of extras. Here is the list: " wooden" shift knob, auto dimming mirror, cargo tray, all season mats, wheel locks,theft guard, body molding, sport running boards, window tint (3M product). I think it is a good price, please someone that knows more than I do, TELL ME!! I told him I was going to take the depreciation hit as soon as I buy it because the new ones are coming out. I offered $42,200. Thanks! |

Suggest you check the many, many prior threads on this subject. It will serve you well.
Generally, people have been paying right about invoice and that was several months ago.
With the '08 coming out in 60 days I would be reluctant to pay above dealer invoice.

| Both of those have an invoice around 41350, I would look to pay less than that with the 08's around the corner. If you wait a month, and it is still there, you can even get more off of it. |
