Had the car for less than 2 weeks and already started thinking of accessories:D
I miss the ipod and RDS on the radio so much, that I ended up purchasing the Dice HD Radio/iPod combo interface.

has anyone used this kit in the MDX ?
Second, appreciate if someone can point me in the direction of installing this kit in the MDX (I have tech/ent model), without killing my self or the car. I have downloaded the Acura iPod install manual, which talks about removing the dash and dismantling the radio. Is this the only option >
To get the Album / Artist displayed on the Nav, I have to remove the XM module/antenna :confused:
Is this easy ?
Third, any recommendations on an installer in NJ that can install this kit for me ?

Also if someone has the electrical diagram for the radio/harness that will be useful

I am also trying to install the Dice R4 unit and have the same issue, does anyone know where the XM Receiver is located? I see the question asked many times, but no answer. BTW I Dice R4 doesnt seem to work as as advertised at all in the non text mode, It doesnt control the ipod at all, to only thing that happens is pause and play. I might return it and get the USA-Spec unit since that one seems to run without text but seems to control the ipod better and save about $40.00.

| To disconnect the XM ant. on the right rear conner...u can get to it , by removing the the rear storage tray...u will see it . |

#1...I did it on my 2007 mdx
#2...YES.. u have to remove the wood trim and dismantling the radio to get to the connector ...u also need a 6 foot extension cable so the DICE HD unit can be mounted on inside top of the glove box. I think that the best location , just remeber u still have to run a internal ant. for ur HD radio.( the Instruction tell u run the HD ant. on the front window right side ).
#3... YES>>>Have to disconnect the POWER conector on the XM unit to get Album / Artist displayed
#4... Is this easy ? INSTALL LEVEL FORM 1-10 ...I SAY IT A 5 (IT ALL PLUG AND PLAY) 4 hours most
