I just recently bought an Aspen White Pearl, tech with entertainment package. It is absolutely incredible!
I was trying to import my phonebook, and it wouldnt let me. So for kicks, I went to handsfreelink.com, to see what phones actually allow you to import your phonebook to the MDX. I couldn't find a single Verizon or AT&T phone that allowed you to do so. They can all be paired, but the phonebook cannot be imported. Why would they create a function that can't be used?
Does anyone have a way around this? |

| It's likely a software issue with Verizon and other carriers. This problem and a possible workaround have been posted before. Do a search. If memory serves, a member used a Sony Ericsson to act as a link between his phone and HFL just to get the phonebook data. |

| The phone needs to have a Bluetooth profile named Phonebook Access--there's not many that do |

| Check you phone and see if a firmware update is available. I had to update my Blackberry (Cingular) to get it to work. |

Where and how did you update your firmware? Is it on the phone or Cingular's website? I have a 7130c |
