I believe this AUX jack just for audio input. This gives you an option to use your car's sound system. You can connect from your headphone jack of you device to this AUX jack to take advantage of your sound system.

BTW, AUX is nothing to do with TV tuner.

Perhaps in the 3rd gen X, the AUX jack will be able to take both Video & Audio signal. As of now, 2007 AUX is just for sound baby.

..... gonna be a hot day in SoCal today. Marg mix here I come.....

dont no about 07 but i have played my ps2 on my 06 thru the aux jack...so im guessing tv tuner should work

Only the MDX's with the optional entertainment option have the video and audio in jack. It is located below the A/C controls in the 2nd row. Therefore if the tv tuner has the basic video and audio out jacks the input into the system should work. You can also plug it into the outlet in the middle compartment.

I HAVE the Sport/Ent model and would not have a clue how/what all that stuff is, works or not......  My partner would, but I keep him away/out of the MDX 99.9 % of the time......:1: :1: :4:

Thanks D...so good.....So what gadgets connect to those ports? Sorry for the ignorance....

Wind has changed directions which triggers an alert to folks in our town to "stay in doors" bad air, spare the air day announced. Folks on the coast (north pennisula) are all complaining of minor sore throats etc.....I said it because you are getting all the crap from the East bay (pollen/chemical plants smog). The winds typically blow from West to East (ocean to inlands). Rain is in the works !

You guys are babies! :D

Yesterday was the 30th day over 110 in Phoenix this year, a new record.

Of course, I was in Seattle where it was 80, and I loved it! Today is supposed to be 110 again, looks like we are going to hit 31 days :)

The pool is a cool, crisp 91... ok, doesn't sound that nice, but relative to the outside temp, it is great!

:26:

I have a friend up in the bay area, and his A/C doesn't work... sucks to be him :2:

91 in the pool? Holly smoking steam Jesus Christ. May I recommend throwing 20 bags of frozen ice at your local grocery market.

A friend of mine has a hot tub, in the summer, we would go over there, but you were required to bring 10 lbs of ice to help cool it down to 110...

My pool is over 13,000 gallons, and completely in the shade by 5pm, gotta love the Arizona sunshine. :26:

if i'm not mistaken, the aux jack for the entertainment package is three RCA jacks. one for video and two for audio. technically a tv tuner could be connected to these jacks and work just dandy. shouldn't be a problem at all.

If you plug the wrong gadget into the wrong port it just might work for you. Joekids

I am pretty sure you do have a video in on the ENT package, for the rear screen. You could hook up a tv tuner there
