That chicken sure does look tasty. I love it when the skin is like that, kinda half burned. I assume it's kind of spicy as well?
Fabvsix
I coat it with Tony's after cleaning the chicken, place on beer can chicken stand and place in BBQ in "indirect" heating for about 1 hour, 20 minutes until golden brown on the outside. NO direct heat.......falls off the bones....:1:

Ha, I just noticed that the flame is actually on in that picture. Were you just warming it up at that point, or is that how you cooked it the whole way, with just the heat rising off the pot and conducted through the can? lol, is that the only purpose of the can to keep it off the direct heat, or to help conduct some heat to the inside of the chicken....either way, like I said sure looks tasty.:4: :4:

Lion, I think I'll probably try and get the X Zaino'd up this weekend as well. I was going to do it last week, but wasn't feeling too good on Sunday.
Fabvsix
Sorry for the delay. No the beer can chicken gadget was custom made by my smoker company. Their's catches all the chicken grease as most just allow it to drop down into your pit, thus causing a mess...This way when its done I add some chopped onions, celery and green bell peppers to make a gravy with some beer juice.....good eye you have there......:1:

OMFG, this Z-CS (some may call it LAZY BUMS's BOTTLE) is freakin awesome. Much much more than I anticipated. Worth every penny baby. Anyway, here's a quick run down:

1. (After washing the X throroughly), starting spraying the CS (20mins/0.75oz) used.
2. 4 hours later, CS starts to work.
3. 24 hours later, freakin Glass SHINED baby
4. 48 hours later, FREAKIN MIRROR like shined.

I love the thing!
