Here is a link to the value of the Canadian dollar to the US Dollar:

The dramatic appreciation in the Canadian dollar vs. the US dollar began in May, 2007.
I suspect if the Canadian dollar holds its strength for another 90 days, the price of the Canadian MDX will reflect this - that is the price of MDX in Canada in Canadian dollars will go down.
