| Looking to buy a new 07 or 08 MDX but want to stay under 42k OTD (out the door) Are there lots of base models around? thinking maybe dealers don't want to carry them because the margins on base models are lower, just wondering... |

For '07 model, try at least $1000 below invoice (I got $600 below invoice back in Aug. 07)
For '08 model, try less than $500 above invoice.

Can you tell me if your pricing recommendations include destination charges? It's never clear on questions like this.
It could be Invoice + Destination, subtract from that total for 2007's, etc.. Just not sure you're factoring in destination as part of the pricing.

OK, according to carsdirect.com, the invoice include destination charge for the Base models are:
'07: $36,935 ($670 Manufacturer's Destination Charge included)
'08: $37,228 ($715 Manufacturer's Destination Charge included) |
