| The best I seem to be able to do (in a mostly highway driving scenario) is about 26.4 mpg. Has anyone been able to do better? My Odyssey gets about 28-29 mpg under similar circumstances. |

And you're complaining???? It's only rated 23/hwy by EPA (or whoever).....you must be living right;)

| Not complaining really, just trying to see if anyone has found a way to get even better mileage. |

| My MDX has only 15 hundred miles on it but I usually only get 18 MPG on the freeway at 65 MPH on astretch of 30-40 miles. One time on nearly the same stretch of So cal freeway I got 26.8, maybe a glitch in the computer. |

Regarding mileage: MDX has a bit over 10200 miles... runs great! On the highway, fully loaded, get 22-24 MPG... around the city (Pittsburgh - a lot of stop and go, and hilly, 13-14, in Florida town driving, less traffic, and flat, 15 or so. This is consistent with the reports in Consumer's, and quite comparable to our 2000 Odyssey.
In looking at History on the trip computer, the low mileage situations... speed averaged less than 20 mph in the city driving! |
