My order from Joey's arrived and has been defrosting for Saturday's cajun feast....My former neighbors are visiting from Hawaii Saturday for drinks and grand cajun food and other goodies brought by other guest.....Here are some shots of the two main dishes:
Turducken Breast stuffed with cajun dressings made in South West Louisiana by Acadian french folks in Lafayette Louisiana at Joey's....Also serving "2" cut Fillet Mignon grilled my mothers way (secret). Also serving Tomato aspic (one of my father's family secret receips) and of course serving "Crazy J's" famous Cadillac Margarita's. Will be playing authentic Cajun music as well......

If you like a well established excellent bbq sauce that has smoke, spice and tang this is it. Also are some other goodies as well as an excellent SOUP cook book I recommend......gotta ghost.......
