| What does this indicate in english. I replaced both 02 sensor. It is code P 0135 and now this is what it's reading: Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Primary HO2S) (Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Malfunction. |

| This error code means that the computer has detected that the heating circuit in that sensor has failed. The O2 sensor has an electric heater to get the O2 sensor hot quickly after you start the car. This is for emissions reduction in the first few minutes the car is running. The car will drive just fine with this problem, but you will have to replace that O2 sensor to fix this. I just had the same problem and replace the sensor myself. It's easy. |

Forgot to say that different years of the MDX have different numbers of sensors. My year (2002) has only two sensors. Later years have 3 or 4, I believe. If you have replaced all of the sensors and you still get this error, you may have a broken wire to that sensor.
Note that you must reset the computer to clear the code. Did you do that? |
