Happy Friday!
This evening I'm grilling "Chelada Marinated Chicken"....Here are some tips:

Clean your chicken in your clean kitchen sink. Make sure to "stab" it many times

Now once stabbed, sprinkle a "generous" amount of "Tony's Cajun Seasoning" on each side of the peices as shown....
Fabvsix
Now place chicken pieces in large zip lock bags and pour in Bud's "Chelada beer".....
Fabvsix
Tilt the bag back and forth several times before returning it to the refrigrator. Let marinate for 3-6 hours. Grill as usual and apply your favorite BBQ. I recommend "Curley's Spicy" bbq sauce!

Don't let V-8 juice, Clam juice, Bud Beer, Lime and salt fool you Bud haters ! Get creative, enjoy it.......:1: :1: :1: :1: :1:

Get the BEST out of Chelada:
Pour in glass, squeeze fresh lime juice and put a heaping shot of Tabasco in it and stir gently. Talk about good yah!
