Has anyone traded a 2002 MDX w/Nav recently? If so, would you mind telling me the going price folks are actually getting. I was given a trade in price of $14,000. .....Mileage is 62,400...then I see others advertised for $24m, give or take a thousand.
Any help will be appreciated.

While I have not traded one recently, I did a quick check on Edmunds and it showed $15820 trade for one in clean condition.
Seems low to me, but that is what it said. Then of course anything that it needs, you would start deducting.
But, I have seen 2001 models for sale for 12,500. |

My 2002 mdx - TOURING has 86K miles. When I recently checked the Black Book, it showed a $14-15 K trade-in value, for a very clean car. However, I just went to a local Carmax, and they only offered me $10K. They agreed it was very clean with no problems, but said due to the recent run-up in gas prices, they are having a hard time moving high mileage SUV's. Does this make sense? |

I have always found Carmax to be off the mark. The offered me $2500 below black book for our Odyssey. Seems like whatever you are looking to sell is what is currently not in demand. Yet when it is time to buy, everyone wants one of what they are selling.
Same as it ever was with them. |
