I need a set of 4 '07 or '08 MDX Sport wheels. I dont need the tires or TPMS sensors.
Note: Looking for the 18" OEM versions.
Live in N. Carolina and can pick up within 3 hour drive or will pay for shipping.

dj: no, the wheels are for my wife's Honda Odyssey '05. Same pattern as MDX '07.

Gotcha. I have an 07 Ody with the dreaded PAX and will swap my 07 MDX Sport wheels to the Ody once the PAX wears out, then shop 20" wheels for the MDX.
You just missed a good deal on some wheels somebody was selling here lately. But they do pop up every now and then. You tried ebay? Somebody on the odyclub board mentioned you can also get "backdoor deals" from Acura dealers that have these extra wheels laying around. |

Same here: I have the PAX POX on my wifes Ody.
I just got back from the dealer: the parts guy said they have no "take offs" available. Im sure they do, but its a matter of talking to the right person at the right time.
Ive just missed a couple of deals recently and am kicking myself since our PAX tires are getting pretty worn out. Thankfully many X owners tend to change their wheels so its just a matter of time before i pick a set of the 18"ers.
BTW: on ebay it seems fairly easy to get the standard X wheels for a very reasonable price. But I want the sport ones. Plus, most of the ebay stuff comes with std tires which are too big for the Ody. |
