I've got two of them, both were used as full size spares (one was on brother's sold MDX, one was on mine). So the tire tread has minimal wear (we bought it from someone who had replaced his factory wheels and tires for aftermarkets).

Sadly, yes. Our second one is on the way, so we traded in the MDX for a Honday Odyssey. Interestingly, the 2007 Odyssey is comparably equiopped to the "souped-up" X of 5 years ago. Navi, RES, backup camera. I've added HIDs and Parrot bluetooth, and that's'about it. Maybe Navi video conversion in the future, but toning down a bit given the ever-tightening budget... |

I hear ya. I've got an 07 Touring Ody too, very similar to my "souped up" 01 X. Likewise, I'm considering adding a Parrot BT or the Tell unit mentioned here at OdyClub, NAV conversion, and of course a HID retrofit. I'm about halfway through assembling parts for the latter - will use Infiniti Bixenons.
The 07 X is superior in almost all aspects though. :cool:
BTW, your old threads helped inspire me to do similar upgrades to the 01. Sorry for hijacking your thread. |
