Dealership will always be more expense than an independent who specializes on Acura/Honda vehicles. Do get the water pump replaced, and the thermostat while you're there. Accessory belt, too, if it hasn't been replaced. Also the timing belt adjuster. They wear out too. Get anything replaced that's in there while it's all apart. That way you start new and don't have to do it again down the road costing more $$$ to take it all apart again. Good luck, and let us know what you decide.

At the minimum, you should have the spark plugs changed (if not already done), timing belt, water pump since it is a pain to have it replaced later, all fluids (oil, VTM, ATF), tire rotation. There are several "inpsections" recommended. Some of these you can DIY. I just handpicked what my local Acura dealer did, so the invoice came down to just over $1000, since I had done some of the stuff already. I don't trust any of the local mechanics but if you have a reputable one, then these services are not all that hard to do.

There is a Honda/Acura repair shop out in Katy on the I-10 Feeder road that quoted me with a price of 550$ for the Timing Belt/Water pump service. Check it out
