We went to the dealership looking for a Nimbus Gray with Tech/Ent. with the Ebony interior. They did not have that combo on the lot but they did have the Sterling Gray parked next to a Nimbus Gray.
I would say the colors are identical in respect to how dark they are (between white to black). The Nimbus has a olive green tone to it where as the Sterling Gray has more of a blue tone to it. If the two cars were not parked next to each other on a sunny day, I would have thought they were the same color.
The photo was from a cloudy day which my have some effect on the appearance.

| :welcome: Nice color ...they didn't have any grey colors when I went for mine only the silver light looking grey...which i call silver :p ...That color looks really nice ...I think that would have been the other color beside white and black that I really like. Good job :29: |

I looked at both of these colors side by side and chose the Nimbus. I thought they both looked nice. Your pic sure looks like more Nimbus than Sterling to me.

| I also just purchased an 08 MDX last week, white pearl, tech and entertainment. Traded in a Suburban, and I am loving the new vehicle. Almost purchased a GMC Acadia due to the size, but so glad I did not. The Acadia equivalent to the MDX forum is a little scary, especially if you had problems with your current GM product. There seem to also be some people on this forum unsatisfied with their vehicle, but nothing like the GMC forum. Always owned either Honda or Lexus prior to the Suburban, so this is my first Acura product. |
