Alright guys!!!!

I finished my MBA this week and had some free time for the X. I bought these vent visors almost 3 months ago and never got a chance to install them.

Well, got the X washed and installed the vent visors. Here are the pictures. Enjoy!!

I got them from Weathertech for $106 shipped.

More pics....

BTW, I got the clear vent visors. However, when you installed them, it is pretty dark with the tint.

Sweet! How was the install process? I'm thinking about getting them for my X too.

Not my cuppa. Especially the roof visor.

Install was easy. Takes about 10 minutes. Just be careful bending the vent visors.

Not everyone has the same taste.....

David,
Congrats on obtaining your MBA !
I called them and learned there was a back order. So I put this off until you installed them. So they are the "stick on" as opposed to the real macoy's? I think those are the one's Tim offers on the 1st gen MDX's....I re-visit this when I'm feeling better. They look good. Let us know if they create ANY wind noise!

You are right, which is why I didn't say they were horrible.

Also, I don't like them on ANY car, not just the X. My preference, as you say.

Never liked those ....not anything to do with your vehicle in particular ..it's due to a japanese import thing where I grew up ...the imports always came with those so you could pick them out from the local sold cars ..so it was kinda a sign that it was cheaper/used vehicle etc. lol :28: but if you like them then that's cool :29:

Aesthetics aside, they're quite useful and the door visors are an absolute must for a smoker like myself. The sloped roof of the X means that every time it's raining water will come rushing down inside the car even if your window is just slightly opened.

^^ Have to agree with that though.. utility wise they are a great item.

David, do you have images of them from the side view? If it is too much trouble its OK. I have been looking for these for some time but never like the Weathertech style ones, so i just wanted to see how they look. Thanks!

I agree David! MORE PICTURES FROM THE SIDE! WE want to see better shots of them on the X as opposed to in the box on your floor.....

Anyone else got these installed?

All good, but it serves a purpose for me in the rainy/snow season.

My father doesn't allow us to say the word: CHEAP! He would alway correct us!

Does my 03 look innexpensive (cheap)?

What happens to your so-called plain/lean mean machine look that Acura intends them to be? Those "fish fins" might serves their functions but they sure still look hideous to me. My $0.02. :8:
