| Unless you feel comfortable using them on your vehicle (I would not), I would definitely return them. Unless you want microscopic rust particles in your engine...... |

I would have no cencern what so ever.
As soon as it is bathed in oil it will quit rusting.

| I doubt it is rust. Most likely the adhesive they use. All my filters I buy from a dealer haver this. |
