Upon my visit to my parents in Louisiana over the holidays, he praised this product that many many customers DEMAND. For those TRUE BLOODY MARY fans try Zing Zang Bloody mix at www.zingzang.com as NOTHING COMPARES!
panthers544
You are correct! It is the best mix available for Bloody Mary's. Everytime I make them for friends they are always asking for my recipe. I add a little fresh ground horseradish to give it that extra kick. Thank goodness my local grocery store stocks this brand!
Fabvsix
Yes, my father adds one more item, but can't disclose that.......Horseradish is a must too !
Yum yum ! Are you reading the Lion Speed ???? Why are you waiting to order it ?
panthers544
Maybe a little dash of worstershire sauce? fresh ground pepper? squeeze of fresh lemon?
and make sure you mix it with Absolut Peppar.....? Garnish with celery and a big olive and now you are talking the perfect Bloody Mary! If it wasn't Tuesday.
Fill me in with Lion Speed? not sure what you are talking about

LionSpeed is my padre in SoCal and complaining about the price to ship this marveous stuff to the West Coast. Extremely limited here. Most Californians like "Watered" down tasteless Bloody Marys........

My dad adds another splash of another mix I can't disclose........
panthers544
11 secret herbs and spices!........
If I disclose this e-mail will self-destruct in 5 seconds

Fab, If it something you can't disclose on this board then you can e-mail the secret ingredient! or is it that top secret.
From one fine connoisseur of Bloody Mary's to another

Panther,
I'm sorry but my parents own and operate a restrurant in Louisiana and have a cook book in the works....You are welcome to go visit them at Lagniappe Too and enjoy a meal and a great Bloody Mary! :1:
panthers544
Thanks anyway.
Since a lagniappe happens to be a small gift given to a customer by an owner maybe the next time I am in New Iberia I will drop by and request that ingredient as my special gift!!!
Or maybe just drink a couple and figure it out myself!!!

If the GIFT comes from the HORSE by all means !
:D :D :D :D

My zing zang arrived! Perfect time for Bloody Mary's (Friday after work).....Drink my heart out LionSpeed~
Muhahahahhahahahhahahah:4: :4: :2:  ;)
LionSpeed
Was gonna order one for test drive. $7 for a bottle & $8 for shipping. :D

... Can't really blaime them, gas has been sky rocket since forever.
Fabvsix
if you order a case, it pans out to about 7 dollars a bottle INCLUDING the highway robbery shipping cost. NOT plus 8.....where did you calculate that ?

Fabvsix
And you'll drop hundreds on a 6 hp gas blower to dry your vehicles but bark about $80 buckeroos........
Burp.....
LionSpeed
:D. that's the cost of 1 bottle 32oz. You can order one individual. wasn't sure if it fits my stomach (it can not take too much sour or spicy) so order one just to try rather than throwing the whole case afterward. Money is (luckily in my case) no object. :2: ... but wasting a so claimed good product is not necessary a right thing to do. ;)
LionSpeed
BTW, i have both gas & electric blower. lately don't feel like yanking that gas thing so being using electric blower to dry my cars now. The power is not there but at least don't smell the fume any more. :)

now reach way down in your pocket and buy some steak rub/seasoning after your google: Salt Lick. It will give a flavor to your steaks like you've never had before! GuaranteeD!

Take a deep breath and inhale the aroma of some of the best BBQ the Hill Country has to offer. You've found "The Salt Lick" so named by owner Hisako Roberts and her husband, the late Thurman Roberts, because "a Salt Lick is something where all the animals congregate. There is something good, something essential about it."
check it out, get some, you will not be disappointed........
vduc
I've lived in Texas 4 years only 44 miles from the Salt Lick and I haven't been there. I guess my going to have to make the trek there to find out how good it is now :)

They had an upscale version called Salt Lick 360 that was half the distant, but something about bbq and upscale just don't go together. Others must have thought the same since it closed last month.

Fabvsix
I know nothing about Salt Lick 360.....Das original Salt Lick in Driftwood Texas is DA BOMB ! 30 plus years in the business ! Let me know what you think!

Pitts and Spitts has some good ones too that they have won first place several times! www.pittsandspitts.com

Ya'll come back now.......:1:
